  • What information do I need to log in to my account?

You will need your username and password to log into your Acumatica account. If you have forgotten either of these pieces of information, you can use the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page.

Are there any other steps required to access my account after logging in?

After you have logged into your account, you may be asked to verify your identity with two-factor authentication (2FA). This is an additional security measure that requires you to enter a code that has been sent to your phone or email address. Once you have entered this code, you will be able to access all of the features within your Acumatica account.

How often do I need to log in?

You only need to log into your Acumatica account when setting up a new device or if your session has timed out due to inactivity. If there are no changes made for more than 15 minutes, then the system will automatically log out of your session for security reasons.

The Acumatica login process is designed with user convenience in mind while still keeping users' accounts secure and protected from unauthorized access. As long as users keep their passwords secure and updated, they should have no difficulty accessing their accounts whenever they need them.
